If you receive your product in anything other than great condition then please give us the opportunity to fix it for you as soon as possible.
Simply return your item within 30 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send it back to the manufacturer.
We would be grateful if you would email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you are sending your item back. This helps us sort out your issue faster and also enables us to improve our systems so it doesn't happen again

We will do our best to send your replacement item immediately after receiving the returned one.
We do not issue refunds on returned items unless that item is no longer in stock.
All of our products have at least one year full replacement warranty for any manufacturers defect that occurs within that time.
If this occurs, we will replace your item as soon as possible after it is returned.
